张拉整体结构找形方法在产品设计中的应用研究
摘 要:为推动张拉整体结构在产品设计领域的应用和发展,文章主要通过文献研究法探索了张拉整体结构找形方法在产品设计中的应用潜力。首先通过分析现有方法,将其总结分类为基于经验、基于数值分析和形态优化,以及基于机器学习的方法。其次对张拉整体结构找形方法在产品设计中的应用思路,按照功能性、美学性和实际应用三种不同的设计驱动进行归类。最后开展“互”字型张拉整体结构椅的产品找形设计实践,以期为张拉整体结构产品找形提供新的设计思路。

Abstract:In order to promote the application and development of tensioned integral structure in the field of product design, this paper mainly explores the application potential of tensioned integral structure form finding method in the field of product design through literature research. By analyzing existing methods, they are summarized into experience-based, numerical analysis and morphological optimization, and machine learning-based methods. The application of tensioned integral structure form finding method in product design is classified according to three different design drivers: functionality, aesthetics and practical application. Finally, the product shape finding design practice of "mutual" font tensioned integral structure chair is carried out, in order to provide a new design idea for tensioned integral structure product shape finding.
