基于Kano模型的购物类APP交互界面设计研究
摘 要:为了给购物类APP交互界面设计提供更好的方法借鉴,文章基于Kano模型,对购物类APP交互界面的需求属性进行分类,通过结合用户对交互界面功能的偏好及Better-Worse指数分析法,绘制出功能分布象限图,进而确定用户在交互界面中的实际需求。这样的方法,使得设计师能够有针对性地对购物类APP交互界面进行设计,有效地提升用户的满意度。在实际应用中,Kano模型的应用使得购物类APP的交互界面设计更加契合用户需求,以期为相关设计提供一定的参考。

Abstract:In order to provide a good method for the interactive interface design of shopping apps, based on the Kano model, this paper classifs the demand attributes of the interactive interface of shopping apps, and draws a functional distribution quadrant by combining the functional preferences of users and the Better-Worse index analysis method. Then determine the actual needs of users in the interactive interface. This method enables designers to design the interactive interface of shopping apps in a targeted way, effectively improving user satisfaction. In practical applications, the application of Kano model makes the interactive interface design of shopping apps more suitable for user needs, in order to provide certain references for related design.
