基于KANO-AHP-QFD的唇膏优化设计研究
摘 要:研究旨在通过对传统唇膏存在的问题进行重新设计,提高女性用户对唇膏的整体满意度。首先,通过市场调研结合专家座谈法与亲和图法初步筛选用户需求,并设计了KANO问卷,以对用户需求进行分类。其次,运用AHP计算需求的重要性,并通过一致性检验确保数据的可信度。再次,结合QFD构建唇膏优化工业设计模型,对用户需求进行评级和排序,以获得唇膏优化设计的要求。最后,基于这些需求设计了一款具有旋转式可替换芯体的唇膏,以期为未来唇膏设计提供有价值的参考。

Abstract:This article aims to improve the overall satisfaction of female users by redesigning the problems existing in traditional lipstick. First of all, through market research combined with expert discussion method and affinity diagram method, the user needs are initially screened, and KANO questionnaire is designed to classify the user needs. Secondly, AHP is used to calculate the importance of requirements, and the reliability of data is ensured by consistency test. Thirdly, a lip balm optimization design model was constructed based on QFD, and user needs were rated and sorted to obtain the important needs of lip balm optimization design. Finally, based on these requirements, a lipstick with a rotating replaceable core is designed to provide a valuable reference for future lip balm design.
