基于人机工程学的细胞存储设备外观设计

摘 要:细胞存储设备作为存储细胞的机器设备,其人机交互与造型成为工业设计领域重要的研究方向。为了有效地解决目前市场上存在的外形僵硬、人机不协调等问题,研究以GB88人体部分尺寸为基础,通过用户满意度、功能、心理来修正人体功能尺寸,以此约束设备的部分功能尺寸。同时,对市场上相关设备外观的生成方法进行整理与分析,梳理出外观设计方法与感性词汇,将设计方法与感性词汇建立一个数据关系,得出符合市场的设计方法与感性词汇。最终设计出一款适合用户的操作尺寸,外形硬朗与简约风格的细胞存储设备,不仅便于用户操作,也符合市场需求,以期为细胞存储设备的外观设计提供参考。

Abstract:As a machine for storing cells, the human-computer interaction and modeling of cell storage devices have become an important research direction in the field of industrial design. In order to effectively solve the problems existing in the market such as rigid shape and man-machine incoordination, the research is based on the GB88 human body part size, and corrects the human body function size through user satisfaction, function and psychology, so as to restrict the functional size of part of the device. At the same time, by sorting out and analyzing the appearance generation methods of related equipment in the market, the appearance design methods and perceptual vocabulary are sorted out, and a data relationship is established between the design methods and perceptual vocabulary, so as to obtain the design methods and perceptual vocabulary conforming to the market. Finally, a cell storage device with a suitable operation size, tough appearance and simple style is designed, which is not only easy for users to operate, but also meets the market demand, in order to provide a reference for the appearance design of cell storage devices.
