基于fsQCA方法的车载多屏信息系统交互设计
摘 要:文章基于模糊集定性比较分析法,对车载多屏信息系统用户体验影响因素进行构型分析,提取影响驾驶体验的交互设计特征。通过用户测试,在驾驶情境下测试12项非驾驶相关任务,任务完成后对用户进行满意度调研及非结构性访谈,探索不同设计特征的组合对驾驶体验的影响。研究发现并实践了3条提升用户满意度的设计特征组合,结果显示车辆控制类低频需求任务效率提升能有效提升满意度,抬头显示器对提升媒体娱乐类任务的用户体验具有关键作用。

Abstract:The article is based on the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to conduct configuration analysis on the influencing factors of user experience in multi screen information systems in vehicles, and extract interactive design features that affect driving experience. Through user testing, 12 non driving related tasks were tested in a driving context. After completing the tasks, satisfaction surveys and non structural interviews were conducted on users to explore the impact of different combinations of design features on the driving experience. The study found and implemented three design feature combinations to improve user satisfaction, and the results showed that improving the efficiency of low-frequency demand tasks in vehicle control can effectively improve satisfaction. Head up displays play a key role in improving the user experience of media and entertainment tasks.
