基于模块化的智能短程医疗废物处理车设计
摘 要:为应对医院短程医疗废物处理中遇到的复杂挑战,设计一款安全、高效的智能短程医疗废物处理车。通过对医院内短程医废处理现状进行分析,归纳医废处理过程中的关键问题;基于模块化的设计理念,提出了模块化短程医废处理流程设计、模块单元设计、模块评价与调整思路,并开展智能短程医疗废物处理车设计实践。基于模块化理念的短程医疗废物处理车设计方案,不仅满足了智慧医院场景下的医废处理需求,还为医疗废物处理装备的研发和创新提供了新思路。

Abstract:To address the complex challenges encountered in hospital short range medical waste disposal, design a safe and efficient intelligent short range medical waste disposal vehicle. By analyzing the current situation of short-term medical waste treatment in hospitals, summarize the key issues in the process of medical waste treatment; Based on the modular design concept, a modular short-range medical waste treatment process design, module unit design, module evaluation and adjustment ideas were proposed, and the design practice of intelligent short-range medical waste treatment vehicles was carried out. The design scheme of a short-range medical waste treatment vehicle based on modular concept not only meets the medical waste treatment needs in the scenario of smart hospitals, but also provides new ideas for the research and innovation of medical waste treatment equipment.
