基于Kano模型与感性工学的老年睡眠监测产品设计
摘 要:人的一天近三分之一的时间用于睡眠,尤其对于老年群体而言,睡眠深刻影响着其身心健康。文章以居家养老的自理老人为对象,首先,分析了老年群体的生理、心理特征,以及使用智能产品时存在的主要障碍;其次,以Kano模型分析老人对睡眠监测产品的功能需求,运用感性工学方法提取感性意象,并融入产品造型设计中;最后,开展适老化睡眠监测产品设计实践,以期为推动智慧适老化产品的发展提供有益参考。

Abstract:Nearly one-third of a person's day is spent on sleep, especially for the elderly population, where sleep has a profound impact on their physical and mental health. The article focuses on elderly people who take care of themselves at home. Firstly, it analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly population, as well as the main obstacles that exist when using smart products; Secondly, analyze the functional requirements of elderly people for sleep monitoring products using the Kano model, extract sensory images using sensory engineering methods, and integrate them into product design; Finally, carry out the design practice of aging friendly sleep monitoring products, in order to provide useful references for promoting the development of smart aging friendly products.
