以用户需求为导向的办公环境健身产品设计
摘 要:由于久坐且缺乏运动,办公人群面临着一些健康问题,而针对办公环境的健身产品仍存在较多不足。为提升办公人群的使用体验,缓解其工作压力,文章首先从用户需求的角度出发,对办公环境健身产品的现状进行分析,梳理现有产品存在的主要问题。其次,采用访谈法、构建用户画像和绘制用户旅程图的形式,对办公人群的心理和行为需求进行分析。最后,从安全、功能和技术等方面提出设计策略,从而得到创新的解决方案,为办公环境健身产品设计提供针对性的参考。

Abstract:Due to prolonged sitting and lack of exercise, office workers are facing some health problems, and there are still many shortcomings in fitness products for office environments. To improve the user experience of office workers and alleviate their work pressure, this article first analyzes the current situation of fitness products in office environments from the perspective of user needs, and outlines the main problems existing in existing products. Secondly, using interview methods, constructing user profiles, and drawing user journey maps, the psychological and behavioral needs of office workers are analyzed. Finally, design strategies are proposed from the aspects of safety, functionality, and technology to obtain innovative solutions, providing targeted references for the design of office environment fitness products.
