基于用户需求的森林火灾监测预警产品设计

摘 要:为解决森林火灾难以被及时发现和处理等问题,笔者设计了一款新型森林火灾预警监测系统。首先,对国内外森林环境、森林火灾的产生原因进行分析,对比国内外防火措施和预警措施的异同。其次,对不同的用户群体进行调研和访谈,梳理我国森林火灾预警与监测过程中存在的问题,由此提出多终端联控的防火措施,打造一个森林防火(火灾及时预警)、护林(火灾及时治理)、森林生态研究(实时信息采集)三者合一的用户终端。最后,对森林火灾预警监测产品的初步造型和功能进行设计,通过测试验证了该产品具有一定的可行性和实用性,能够有效解决森林火灾无法及时预警、森林生态信息难以采集等问题。

Abstract:To solve the problem of forest fires being difficult to detect and deal with in a timely manner, the author has designed a new forest fire warning and monitoring system. Firstly, analyze the forest environment and the causes of forest fires both domestically and internationally, and comparing the similarities and differences in fire prevention and warning measures between the two countries. Secondly, research and interviews will be conducted with different user groups to identify the problems in the forest fire warning and monitoring process in China. Based on this, multi terminal joint control fire prevention measures will be proposed to create a user terminal that integrates forest fire prevention (timely fire warning), forest protection (timely fire management), and forest ecological research (real-time information collection). Finally, the preliminary design and functions of the forest fire warning and monitoring product were designed, and the feasibility and practicality of the product were verified through testing. It can effectively solve problems such as the inability to timely warn of forest fires and the difficulty in collecting forest ecological information.
